I have been on a lifelong internal quest. The threads of my head are full of curiosity.

Today I dare to deliver as a postman just a few reflections that I have been collecting along the way, because if there is one thing I like is to walk.

I clarify that this is only my story, it does not pretend to be yours and should not be read as a mechanics manual or an algebraic question of applied formula and with a unique, exact and equal result.

My brief manifesto is made up of confrontations, a lot of observation, moments of pain, fear, joy that sometimes overflows and, above all, a lot of personal therapy work.

With humility I clarify that this is only my story, it does not pretend to be yours and should not be read as a mechanics manual or an algebraic question with a unique, exact and equal result. Here it goes:

a) Love is the highest level of consciousness and much of the physics and chemistry on an intellectual, material and spiritual level. It is a magnetic field whose waves reflect with all organisms, others and similar, and with all living and dead nature. This energy is projected.

b) When the waves meet frequencies of similar intensity, this field expands like a net. It only grows. If the energy meets opposite poles it contracts and loses connection. When we meet and connect, the force increases and another reality is built. There are several separate realities and levels of consciousness. Everyone builds his or her own reality.

c) That is why love is the message most heard, spoken and written by so many brilliant minds for so long: in oral traditions, in music, art, literature and sacred texts.

d) To name just a few ideas, there is John Lennon, Joan Baez, Bob Marley, George Harrison, Luther King, Cerati, Silvio, Sabina, Carl Sagan, my Aunt Maruja, Buddha, Einstein, Chris Cornell, Pink Floyd, my paternal grandmother, Mohammed, Tolkien, Star Wars, the historical Jesus, Ghandi, Mercedes Sosa, Castaneda, Grinberg, yoga, the legend of Quetzalcoatl, the «chamanes», the Mayan «hmenes», «maracames”», the druids, tibetans, various philosophers, poets, filmmakers, and the great grandmothers and grandfathers.

e) Cursillery aside, where there’s love there is no fear. Without fear there is less uncertainty and anxiety. Doors and opportunities open, you enter a reciprocal state of abundance. There is a state of physical and mental peace. Of joy and relaxation. Tranquillity appears.

f) Therefore we connect with dogs, seas, whales, couples, relatives, friends, cats, lovers, plants, forests, volcanoes, fire, water, smoke, winds and every atom around us.

g) It will help to read, travel and meditate. It will help to study science, history, geography and philosophy. It will help to go to therapy and also to remember those who are no longer with us. A journey of initiation, sensory exploration, silence, conversation with others and tolerance will help. Forgiveness and doing what you like will help. Laughing, scientifically, helps.

h) If we practice reaching that level of consciousness, life will have a different meaning. We will understand our brief time on this earth and the true value of being. We will open and close cycles, multiply that energy and perhaps brush the veil of eternity.

i) I wish you to connect with other fields of consciousness, I wish you to connect with you to travel to the other reality. Love.
